» Stephen Roehrig | President & CEO

  • Mr Roehrig was an honors graduate from the Building Construction Engineering Program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (“NAIT”). After Mr. Roehrig’s graduation from NAIT in 1981 he was initially employed in sales until he acquired Tire-Ex Supply Ltd. Mr. Roehrig then founded and managed another company, Rock Mountain Air Compressors Ltd. Since selling both companies in 2000, Mr. Roehrig has been a self-employed consultant on various projects.

» Robert (Bob) Morrison | P.Eng., Director

  • Board member since 2006.
  • Robert (Bob) Morrison graduated from the University of Alberta in 1970 with a B. Sc. in Civil Engineering. Prior to his retirement in May, 2009 he had been involved in the Construction Industry in Alberta for 37 years. He worked for a Specialty Trade Contractor and was President of the Company responsible for its Canadian operations for 14 years prior to his retirement. He is Past President of the Edmonton Construction Association.

From 1990 to January 2008 he was Director of Finance of a national distributor of stainless steel and special alloy pipe, fittings and flanges. Since 2008 he has been the President of Bossert Consulting Ltd., a company providing Management and Accounting services. He is also the CFO of Rio Plata Exploration Corp., a junior resource company exploring a silver property in Mexico, and the Controller for Pro-Tech Valve Sales Inc. and Armor Alloys Ltd.

Mr. Méndez has worked for more than 29 years at Mexican mining industry in mineral exploration.
