It is one of the oldest continually operating minerals industry consulting firms in the world with offices in North and South America, Europe, Australia and the far east,. The QP and project manager on this project will be Baltazar Solano-Rico, General Director, Behre Dolbear de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. Mr. Solano-Rico has a BS in Geological Engineering at the Universidad Nacional Autonoma de Mexico (1972), and has an MS in Geology at the University of Arizona (1975).
