BGL-TSXV February 17, 2010 BANDERA DIRECTORS FILE EARLY WARNING REPORTS Edmonton, Alberta: – Russel J. Renneberg (“Renneberg”) and Robert R. Morrison (“Morrison”) have each acquired 2,000,000 units of Bandera Gold Ltd. (“Bandera”) at a price of $0.15 per unit. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half warrant of Bandera. Each whole warrant entitles Renneberg and Morrison to each acquire one common share of Bandera at an exercise price of $0.25 per share on or before February 12, 2011. The units were issued by Bandera pursuant to a private placement completed on February 12, 2010 pursuant to the exemption contained in NI 45-106, Section 2.5. As a result of the purchase of the units, Renneberg holds 7,392,300 Bandera common shares representing 10.7% of Bandera’s outstanding common shares and Morrison holds 6,863,000 representing 10.0% of Bandera’s outstanding common shares. The securities were acquired by Renneberg and Morrison for investment purposes. Renneberg and Morrison may acquire additional securities of Bandera from time to time.
