PHILLIP D. deSOUZA
- Mr. de Souza graduated from the Camborne School of Mines in Cornwall England with an A.C.S.M. degree in 1977. Since that time he has been a consultant to a wide variety of mining companies worldwide. Currently Mr. de Souza is the proprietor of Precious $ General Metals a consulting company that he has operated since 1986.
